1 tbsp tamarind water
2 lemongrass stalks and bruised
5 lime leaves
800 ml coconut milk

How to make:
- Puree the onion, red chili, garlic, and ginger. Then when it is smooth, sauté the spices in a skillet over medium heat and add the lemongrass, lime leaves, and galangal. Cook until fragrant and the spices are cooked.
- When the spices are cooked, add coconut milk. Keep stirring and don’t let the coconut milk break.
- Add salt, sugar, and ground pepper to add flavor. Correct the taste if it’s still not good.
- In another pan, you can fry the boiled eggs. Fry until dry or half dry.
- If the rendang sauce is cooked and it tastes good, then you can put eggs in it.
- Stir slowly and wait for the coconut milk to shrink so that the rendang spices seep into the eggs.
